What to Expect
Boxing Session ~60min
This tailored session is designed to improve your boxing technique, conditioning, and overall strength. Each workout begins with a comprehensive warm-up to prepare your body, followed by focused pad work and technical drills to refine your skills. The session also includes targeted strength exercises specifically chosen to enhance your boxing performance, along with conditioning elements to boost endurance. We finish with a cooldown to aid recovery.
Gloves are provided free of charge; however, clients often bring their own for hygiene purposes.
Kickboxing Session ~60min
This comprehensive session focuses on developing your kickboxing skills while providing a full-body workout to enhance strength, agility, and endurance. Each session starts with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body, followed by technique drills and pad work that incorporate both punches and kicks. Conditioning elements are woven throughout to boost cardiovascular fitness, and targeted strength exercises support your overall performance and injury prevention. The session concludes with a cooldown to promote recovery and flexibility.

Crazy Bear Conditioning ~30min
Crazy Bear Conditioning is a high-intensity, full-body training experience designed to push your limits and awaken your inner beast. Each 30-minute session blends bodyweight exercises, strength training, speed, agility drills, HIIT, and circuit work — plus whatever wild challenges your trainer throws in to keep it unpredictable and powerful.
Built for those who crave variety, intensity, and serious results, this session will challenge your endurance, sharpen your focus, and leave you feeling unstoppable.
